How it Works:
- Prepare: Place the CHAMBORD on a stable surface, grip the handle, and pull the plunger up and out.
- Measure and Add Coffee: Add one rounded teaspoon or Bodum scoop of coarse coffee grounds per 4oz of water.
- Pour and Stir: Pour hot water (92-96ºC) into the carafe, leaving about 1 inch at the top, and stir with a plastic or wooden spoon.
- Brew: Place the plunger on top and close the spout to retain heat. Let it steep for four minutes.
- Plunge and Pour: Slowly press down the plunger, turn the lid to open the spout, and pour.
